It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Darren Carlsle, who was a much valued and respected volunteer for the Community Trust.
‘Daz’, as he was known to those who knew him, initially linked up with the Trust by attending one of the programmes before acting as a volunteer for around two years.
His funeral will take place at Chesterfield Crematorium on Thursday, September 29 at 3.10pm. Before then, the hearse carrying Daz’s coffin will do a lap of the Technique Stadium. This is expected to start at around 2.45pm.
Those who are planning to attend the funeral are asked, at Daz’s request, to not wear black.
