Chesterfield FC Community Trust was formed as a Company Limited by Guarantee in July 2009 and was registered as a charity in September 2009. We are independent to Chesterfield Football Club but we work very closely together sharing many resources. We are affiliated to the Football League Trust and received accreditation in 2011.
Our Vision is
“To work in partnership with our communities to develop a wide range of opportunities which improve the quality of life and outlook for individuals, groups and neighbourhoods in Chesterfield and the surrounding area.”
We provide a wide range of sporting, educational and community based activities in Chesterfield and across North East Derbyshire, Bolsover and parts of Derbyshire Dales. All of our projects and activities fall under one or more of our priority areas:
- Sport and Physical Activity (including Football)
- Education and Skills
- Health and Well-being
- Heritage
- Play and Toddler Activities
- Community Focus
We are always keen to develop our work with the local community and welcome our existing and new partners to help us identify new projects and areas of work.
Please feel free to explore our website to learn all about what we do and to find out how you can get involved.
