Knit & Natter

New social knitting sessions run by the Trust will begin on Wednesday, October 11, providing the opportunity for those interested in knitting, sewing and other crafts to learn new skills in a friendly, social environment.

The sessions are running from 10am to 12pm and are open to adults of any age, completely free of charge.

Trust staff member Debbie Dance, who is involved with the running of the sessions, said: “You don’t have to be able to knit, or crochet or anything like that.

“It can be knitting, crocheting, sewing, crafts, if people want to come along and do different crafts that’s great.

“It’s the social aspect of it as well. Getting together once a week and having a biscuit and coffee while knitting and nattering, the name says it itself.”
