The Spireites Summer Girls Football Festival launches in Queen’s Park later this month.
Held on Mondays, from July 24 to August 14, the sessions are aimed at girls aged 12 to 16.
Taking place from 9.30am to 2pm, they are free to attend on a first come, first served basis.
Alyss Jackson, the Trust’s women and girls inclusion officer, explained why the sessions have been introduced.
She said: “The sessions will be fun and inclusive to try and cater for the current gaps in our provision.
“We hope that these free sessions will encourage more girls to get involved in football and provide a pathway for them to continue their involvement.”
