Within our Education & Wellbeing team, our core focus is to provide individuals with the necessary skills for work. This may be skills for individuals who are currently unemployed and looking for work or those who are looking at a change in career. Whatever the reason, we are passionate about education and making a difference.
We are looking for lively, energetic and inspirational tutors to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills people as part of a dynamic team in Alternative Education Provision, Traineeships and Adult Education courses and help progress learners with varying levels of ability onto further education, apprenticeships and ultimately employment.
Experience of delivering short Maths and English Functional Skills courses (from Entry 3 up to Level 2) to a diverse group of learners with different levels of ability is essential. You will be working in one to one and small classroom settings supporting students from a wide variety of backgrounds. Applicants need to use innovative delivery methods to deliver the above subjects to learners making these subjects fun and engaging.
