On Monday, November 9, we will start a REBOOT Customer Service Traineeship for 19-24-year olds.
What is it?
This is a 12-week traineeship course specifically for 19-24-year olds. The course includes functional skills, Maths and English (if required), employability skills and a customer service qualification. The learner is also required to complete 100 hours of work experience which will be specifically within a customer service environment.
Who is this for?
This course if for those who are not in education, training or employment. They may have just lost their job due to redundancy, completed their education but have not moved into employment yet, needs further experience in a customer service environment and needs to upgrade their qualifications or gain their qualifications.
