The Trust would like to congratulate Ian Evatt who was awarded the PFA Community Player of the Year Award pitch side before the game against Mansfield Town.
The award recognises Ian’s efforts this season visiting primary schools, soccer schools and hospitals, engaging with the Community and being a great ambassador for the Community Trust.
Ian Evatt said on receiving the award, “it’s always nice to be recognised however it’s a really enjoyable part of being a footballer, having the opportunity to meet different people in the community and engage with them”.
John Croot said, “Ian has been a great ambassador for the Trust this year, always willing to go the extra mile. He’s been a role model to the younger players in the squad”.
