Over the past week or so, the Trust staff have been working hard giving out over 300 Easter Eggs to participants at our sessions and members and members of the community who may not have been fortunate enough to receive an Easter Egg.

The Trust were fortunate enough to be able to deliver this fantastic gesture due to the generosity and kindness of local church and close partner of the Trust, Lifehouse Church who donated 300 eggs for the Trust to distribute.

In addition to this, another close partner of the Trust, Sainsbury’s Chesterfield donated a further 50 Easter Eggs and goodies for the Trust to use at our Soccer School that runs every half term.

Trust Chief, John Croot expressed his gratitude by saying, “Easter is a time where a lot of families like to celebrate by giving Easter Eggs and we recognised at the Trust that there may be some families in North Derbyshire that for whatever reason may not be able to get their kids an Easter Egg. Thanks to the generosity of Lifehouse Church and Sainsbury’s in addition to the passion and hard work that our staff have shown, we have been able to distribute well over 300 eggs to various part of the community.”
