The Chesterfield FC Community Trust are proud to be working in partnership with ROMPA and Accessible Derbyshire and can officially announce that the NEW ROMPA Sensory Area, within Chester’s Den is now open!

The Mayor and Mayoress of Chesterfield, Cllr Maureen Davenport and Liz Archer attended Chester’s Den this morning and declared the ROMPA Sensory Area open, they were both thrilled to see the newest part of the facility and hope it brings lots of enjoyment to the young members of the community.

The sensory area which comprises of many different elements to stimulate the different senses is for all ages and abilities, and is key to helping The Trust make the play centre an inclusive environment for all.
